6:35 Activities Director Report: Dean Spahr
- Winter sports have started
- Winter Track at Culpeper High School tonight
- Basketball Friday 12/06/19, Academic Team 12/05/19
- Parent volunteer request email sent to the winter coaches
- Dean is still working on items for After Prom
- Stuff the Bus - 5000 items were collected (close to 3000 pounds) LHS has won the past 2 years
- Friday 12/20/19 there will be a Triple Header against Sherando – Concession table will be relocated near the gym to cut back on traffic near the auditorium (due to a Drama having a performance)
6:40 Treasurer’s Report: Lisa Hord
- Reports were emailed to Officers. She discussed the reports she emailed.
- Total Balance = $27,815.81, Net Income $4,083.71
- 50/50 made approximately $929.00
- Booster Bingo did well. Currently made $3,600 - $300 prize drawing went to the Marching Band

6:45 Officer updates: Cathy, Rose, Jen, Lisa
- Cathy reported. Scholarship application – it is now 10 hours for Community Service hours required for eligibility – 5 hours directly from Booster related events and 5 hours can be from any other community volunteer event
- Cathy is taking the application to the Guidance office tomorrow
- Hall of Fame 2020 – Last Home Game of next season. By Monday, the nomination application will be out on Social Media
- Teacher Appreciation – Boosters would like to sponsor a breakfast. Date was given to us for 12/16/19. All items will be donated and brought in that morning.
- A collection is being taken for a Hygiene Closet. Tiffany Davenport is heading this drive. There will be a box placed at the concession stand during basketball season
6:50 Membership Update: Dawn Jeckell
- Dawn was not present, but nothing has changed for membership
6:55 Concessions Update: Carolyn Leach / Joanna Reynolds
- Drinks will be expiring in December. Everyone should pull from the left for drink
- Chicken patties will not be purchased from Grioli’s due to cost for the winter season.
- Another Air Fryer was purchased to be used at the indoor concession stand now
7:05 Volunteer Update: Kim/Crystal
- Kimberly Bailey was present to report

- Cathy has sent out the link to Dean and Dean sent it out to all of the coaches
7:10 After-Prom – Michelle Clark
- Michelle reported.
- $929 collected from 50/50 raffles (thank you to the help from a couple of parents filling in)
- The Vendor Fair – February 1, 2020. There are currently 85 vendors signed up. Half have paid. The last date to pay is January 1, 2020 – projected profit is approximately $4300
- Currently there is approximately $1200 cash donations right now, Wegmans is donating the food for the cookout, except the hamburgers and hotdogs. Waiting on a response from Dean to see if the cafeteria can be used for this.
- Cathy and Rose went shopping on Black Friday for door prizes and saved approximately $1000 by purchasing them.
- Still planning what “field day” events will be happening at After Prom
- Need to figure out which door prizes are going to seniors and which are going to juniors – Door prizes are only going to LHS Juniors and Seniors, but no guests
7:15 Fundraising Update
- The Golf Tournament – Postponed until Spring – this will be revisited in the winter – most likely on a Saturday in the Spring
- Bingo – November 23 - $3,600 profit (after expenses) but still waiting a few checks to comes in
- Car Show – May 9th, 2020
- Spring Bingo – the date is now set for March 7, 2020
7:15 Public Relations: Jen Robinson/Melissa
- Steve Lewis is doing 2 Hype videos for the girls’ games and 2 for the boys’
- Still looking for people to go live. ? Thomas is going to be a new “live” person on facebook at the basketball games
7:20 Merchandise Update: Rose Bryant
- Rose reported. The site has made $3,052 as of current date.
- Working out details for more options for picking up items.
- New items added: Hooded T-shirts, Long-sleeve V-neck T-shirts.
- Rose is looking to get more student involvement on the designs for new merchandise.
