6:30     Welcome and Call to Order: Cathy Chinault

            Meeting started at 6:37pm

6:35     Activities Director Report: Dean Spahr

• Dean unable to be present due to a last-minute emergency
• Cathy reminded all that the spring schedule is out
• If there are any questions, then you can contact Dean about the schedule

6:40     Treasurer’s Report:  Lisa Hord

• Reports were emailed to Officers.
• Lisa unable to attend meeting due to last minute emergency
• Cathy went over the reports that Lisa sent out to the officers
• If anyone would like a copy of the reports they can request them directly from Lisa.

6:45     Officer updates:  Cathy, Rose, Jen, Lisa

• Hall of Fame 2020 – Last Home Game of next season.  First meeting for the committee will be this month and the decision will be made in March.  Nominations are still being accepted
• Concessions Trailer Donation – we will be offering concessions out at the softball field
• Donation of Deputy Meyer’s Polar Plunge – Booster’s donated $250 towards the goal
• Teams eligible for end of the year donation – Baseball, Cheer, Football, Track, Field Hockey, Girls’ Lacrosse, Softball
• Teacher Appreciation – Still need to schedule the breakfast but will wait until warmer weather.

6:50     Membership Update:  Dawn Jeckell

• Dawn was present to report – we had one more new membership this month

6:55     Concessions Update:  Carolyn Leach / Joanna Reynolds

• Carolyn was present to report
• Discussion of times on the food in the air fryer
• We started offering mozzarella sticks inside concessions and they have been successful
• We will be moving concessions from inside to outside in the next couple of weeks

7:05     Volunteer Update:  Kim Bailey

• Kimberly Bailey was present to report
• Email for Sign up genius search is lhsboostervolunteers@gmail.com
• They will be getting the spring schedule set up on Signup Genius and sent out ASAP

7:10     After-Prom – Michelle Clark

• Michelle reported. 
• Vendor fair was this past Saturday.  There weren’t as many visitors as we liked.  They are going to
• Made $4400 between vendor fees and silent auction
• The Spaghetti Dinner is on February 29 and being put on by the Lion’s club.  Still looking for baked goods to help with Silent auction items
• Spring Bingo is March 7
• There is a link on the Fauquier Education/Excellence has a link for people to donate to any one of the After- Prom parties
• Looking for a company to donate banners that can be reused.  Approximately 3’ X 8’
• Spring Bingo – the date is now set for March 7, 2020

7:15     Fundraising Update

• Car Show – May 9^th, 2020 – Wee Bounce is booked for the Car Show
• Looking at doing the yard-signs for graduation.  Waiting to find out if Jiffy Lube will allow us to put the signs on the lawn    

7:15     Public Relations:  Jen Robinson/Melissa

• Instagram – the group collectively decided to have an Instagram page
• We will stop using the Facebook Individual page and move only to the group
• Online Newspaper for LHS
• Coaches sending information – Coaches need to keep sending information to Jen Robinson if they want it posted on Booster Social Media pages

7:20     Merchandise Update:  Rose Bryant

• Rose not present
• Graphic Design will be working on a new design for spirit
• Some of the new styles and designs have been successful

7:30     New Business

• There was no new business to discuss tonight.
