Indoor Track and Field will begin on January 6th. We will meet at the doors by the cafeteria at 3pm.
Everyone must have:
1. A completed VHSL physical. This must be dated after May 1st, 2020.

Everyone should come dressed for the weather and ready to run!
Daily you will have your temperature checked and need to complete a daily screening.
